Terms of Service - HairBeautyHub (HBH)

1. Introduction

PBC 314 srl, operating under the name HairBeautyHub ("HBH"), provides a digital platform for booking appointments and purchasing hair and beauty products. HBH acts as an intermediary between customers and salons and is not responsible for the execution or quality of booked services or purchased products. By using the HBH platform, users agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Appointment Policy

2.1 Booking an Appointment

  • • Customers can book an appointment at a participating salon through the HBH platform.
  • • The appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email.
  • • Salons reserve the right to refuse or modify an appointment for justified reasons.
  • • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment.

2.2 Cancellation and Modification

  • • Customers may cancel or modify an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • • For cancellations within 24 hours, the salon may charge a cancellation fee.
  • • No-shows may result in fees or restrictions on future bookings.

2.3 Liability

  • • HBH provides a booking platform and is not responsible for the execution, quality, or consequences of booked services.
  • • Complaints about services must be directed to the respective salon.
  • • HBH is not liable for damages, losses, or costs resulting from an appointment, except in cases of intentional fault or gross negligence by HBH.

3. Sales Policy

3.1 Orders and Pricing

  • • HBH provides detailed product descriptions, including ingredients and usage instructions.
  • • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
  • • Shipping fees and any additional costs are clearly stated before order confirmation.

3.2 Payment Methods and Security

  • • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or gift cards (if applicable).
  • • Payments are processed securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3.3 Delivery and Shipping

  • • Standard delivery is available with next-day delivery for orders placed before 22:00.
  • • Click & Collect is available at participating salons.
  • • Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

3.4 Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Rule)

  • • Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return a product without providing a reason.
  • • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a refund.
  • • Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3.5 Guarantees and Liability

  • • Products comply with EU consumer protection laws.
  • • Customers have two (2) years to request a repair, replacement, or refund for defective products.
  • • Additional manufacturer warranties may apply.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

  • • HBH collects personal data solely for order processing and customer service purposes.
  • • Customer information is handled securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • • Customers may request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting <[email protected]>.

5. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

  • • These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law.
  • • Any disputes arising from appointments or sales via HBH will be subject to EU consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
  • • Customers may seek mediation via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

6. Amendments and Modifications

  • • HBH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
  • • Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.
